Anamaria Șut is a Romanian fashion designer based in Sibiu, Romania, and the creative force behind Les Lèvres Rouges.

Meet the Designer

Born as a passion project in 2019, Les Lèvres Rouges began with a single symbol: the red lip. First shown at Street Delivery Sibiu, the collection brought together playful brooches and the first silhouettes in fabric.

Since then, the story has continued to grow, merging fashion, art, and personal expression.

In 2022, the red lips became part of a site specific installation at the Sibiu International Theatre Festival, asking a simple but powerful question:

What do red lips mean to you?

Our products

Our creations begin with a single idea: that fashion should not just be worn, it should be felt.

In the Les Lèvres Rouges atelier, every piece is imagined and brought to life slowly, by hand, with love and care, using natural and sustainable materials.

We create in small series or as unique creations, so some of our pieces may no longer be in stock. But don’t worry: if you have fallen in love with a certain design, just write to us and we will do our best to recreate it, perhaps in a new fabric or color that’s just as special.

Each piece carries a story and brings a quiet touch of elegance into the world and we are always open to reinvent it, just for you!

Velvet Lips – A journey of femininity

“The idea for the lips took shape at the beginning of 2015, as I was learning to accept my own femininity, to celebrate it and to manifest it. The of the velvet lips name appeared in 2019, during a trip to Paris, thus becoming a symbol of femininity.

This was the moment where I began to welcome the women in my life and invite them to a discussion about sharing emotions, self-discovery and communion.

Lips represent a symbol of feminine authenticity and a celebration of friendship.”
