Thank you for choosing to shop with us at anamariasut.com! We truly appreciate your support, and we strive to ensure our products meet your expectations. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned: personalized items, gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no refunds are granted:
- any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, don’t worry—let’s take a look together! Here’s what you can do:
Check your bank account again to make sure the refund hasn’t been posted yet.
Contact your credit card company—sometimes it takes a little while for refunds to show up.
Reach out to your bank as well, since there’s often some processing time on their end before the refund appears.

Sale items
Just a quick note: only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items can’t be refunded. We know shopping sales is exciting, but we just can’t offer refunds for those items.
Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If the item you received is defective, damaged, or doesn’t meet the specifications you expected (including size issues), we are happy to offer an exchange.
To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at contact@anamariasut.com with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. Please make sure the item is unused and in its original condition.
We’ll send you a replacement once we receive the returned item, or if the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative.
Gifts
If the item you received was a gift and was marked as such when purchased, we’ve got you covered! You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate so you can pick something you love!
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll issue a refund to the gift giver. They’ll be the one to find out about your return.

Shipping returns
We’re sorry that you need to return your item! We want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
To return your product, simply email us at contact@anamariasut.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you’re eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary depending on where you live, so please allow some time for delivery.
If you’re returning a more expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item if it’s lost in transit.
